BySHREVEPORT, LA—Dallas-based Venture Commercial Real Estate announced says itsInvestment Sales team has brokered the sale of the Shoppes at Bellemead, Shreveport’s premier lifestyle shopping center, located at the northeast quadrant of Youree Drive and East 70th Street.
The Shoppes at Bellemead has been Shreveport’s most exclusive fashion-shopping destination for more than a decade. The center’s five buildings totaling 79,328 square feet are situated on approximately eight acres along the city’s largest retail corridor, with over two million square feet of retail within a one-mile radius. Notable tenants include Talbots, Chico’s, Ann Taylor Loft, White House Black Market, J. Jill, Soma and Charming Charlie.
