SECAUCUS, NJ—Richard Vanderbeck has joined Hartz Mountain’s Leasing Department as vice president of leasing and sales. Vanderbeck, a 30-year industry veteran, joins Ernie Christoph and Charlie Reese in the marketing and leasing of Hartz’s 25 million square-foot warehouse and industrial portfolio.
“Rick has a thorough understanding of the industrial market and is well represented within the commercial real estate community,” says Gus Milano, president and COO of Hartz Mountain Industries. “We are excited to have him joining our leasing team.”
