London property is having a tough time, but one borough is suffering more than most. Home prices in Southwark — an area to the south of the Thames that includes London Bridge station, Shakespeare’s reconstructed Globe Theatre and trendy Peckham — fell more than 20 percent in the year through November, according to a report from LSL Acadata on Monday.
