PHOENIX—For office today, if you are in a lot of suburban areas, there is a predominance of vacant or largely vacant dinosaurs that no longer serve a use. That was according to panelist Ralph Zucker, president of Somerset Development at the recentRealShare National Healthcare Real Estate 2015conference.
