New Office Space Coming to Charlotte’s South End
ByThe 83,000-square-foot, four-story property will feature a first-floor urban retail space and views of the Uptown skyline.
Charlotte, N.C.—JLL’s leasing team will market and lease a new Class A office development at 2100 S. Tryon St. in the city’s historic South End. Vision Ventures will be developing the property, Tom FitzGerald, vice president with JLL, will lead the leasing efforts and BB+M Architecture will be the project’s designer.
