Low Rates May Spark Buyer Traffic for U.S. Homebuilders: Chart

The cheapest mortgage rates in almost three years have the potential to boost spirits in the American housing industry. The National Association of Home Builders’ index of builder sentiment comes out Monday and is projected to climb to a three-month high of 59 in April. Above 50 means “good” market conditions, including increased foot traffic of prospective buyers…
