Kiddar Capital Appoints New Principal

Washington, D.C.—Private equity firm Kiddar Capitalrecently announced it has appointed Stephen Porter as principal in its real estate group. In this role, Porter will manage Kiddar’s real estate investment portfolio, managing the execution of transactions, underwriting and seeing projects through completion.
Before joining Kiddar’s real estate group, Porter worked at real estate company Zuckerman Gravely as senior accountant and asset analyst for more than eight years. His role included property acquisition, refinances and asset management for a portfolio of commercial, residential, and retail assets worth in excess of $2 billion.
