Richman Group of Florida is pulling out all the multifamily stops.

MIAMI—Richman Group of Florida is pulling out all themultifamily stops. After starting construction in two luxurymultifamily communities in Central Florida, the company has turned its attention to the Miami suburb of Kendall.

Richman just started construction on Azura, a $47 million luxury multifamily community. Azura marks the fifthmultifamily luxury residential project Richman has closed on in Florida within the last 12 months.

“Azura’s desirable suburban in-fill location within Miami Dade County is an excellent area to offer new luxury garden apartments,” Todd Fabbri, executive vice president for Richman, tells GlobeSt.com. The 240-unit multifamily community has eight three-story garden style buildings and a resort pool. Completion is scheduled for Summer of 2016…
