WASHINGTON — Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, the Democratic leader, on Friday called for Representative Alan Grayson to drop his bid for the Senate, saying Mr. Grayson’s actions as a hedge fund manager “aren’t just disgraceful to the Democratic Party; they disgrace the halls of Congress.”
