ECB Said to Set 2016 Capital Ratios for Most Supervised Banks

The European Central Bank’s supervisory arm has set draft capital ratios for most of the 123 banks that it oversees in the euro area, a person familiar with the decision said.

About 100 of the annual Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process plans for individual lenders were signed off at a meeting of the board of the Single Supervisory Mechanism in Frankfurt on Sept. 3-4, the person said, asking not to be named as the matter isn’t public.
