ROUND ROCK, TX–ARA, A Newmark Company (ARA Newmark) has brokered the sale of Brushy Creek Village, a 112-unit apartment community located in Round Rock. The property was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
ARA Newmark Austin executive managing director Andrew Shih and senior managing director James Youngrepresented the seller, Steinmetz Family Trust, in the transaction. NGKF Capital Markets and ARA Newmark managing director Patrick Short arranged the property financing through Freddie Mac.
