New York—Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP and Prelude Capital have signed two separate leases totaling 47,821 square feet of office space at the William Kaufman Org.’s (WKO) 437 Madison Ave.
Montgomery McCracken, a full-service law firm, inked a 10-year, 28,297-square-foot lease, consisting in a part of the 23rd floor and the entire 24th floor of the four-story tower. The law firm has been a subtenant at 437 Madison since 2011. The new direct lease will start in the first quarter of 2018.
