2 of HFF’s Institutional Clients Sell NoVa Assets

TYSONS, VA—In two separate deals that it announced this week, HFF repped institutional clients that had decided the time was ripe to sell in the Northern Virginia market, in one case the red hot Tysons submarket.

That would be the Harrison Building, a five-story, 101,440-square-foot office located at 1760 Old Meadow Rd.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of TIAA-CREF. An investment affiliate of Cambridge Holdings LLC, a Virginia-based full-service operating company, purchased the asset for an undisclosed amount…
