Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will be told the details of a final proposal from creditors to break a stalemate over a financial lifeline as his country runs out of options to avert a default.

After European leaders and the head of the International Monetary Fund huddled late into the night in Berlin on Monday, creditors agreed on a new document designed to avert a default.
