SAN DIEGO—EV, pronounced “Ev,” a new apartment community recently acquired by Monogram Residential Trust from OliverMcMillan, will provide the best of both the city and the suburbs for its residents, the firm’s regional VP Christine Alfieri tells GlobeSt.com. As we recently reported, EV is a 208-unit luxury community located in theEast Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego and is nearing completion. Leasing began this past summer on the five-story community, which features an average unit size of 734 square feet; a 9,000-square-foot rooftop deck with panoramic views of Downtown; a full fitness center; media room; dog run; and first-floor outdoor courtyard with fireplaces. Inside the units, residents enjoy quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and elegant high ceilings.
