SAN FRANCISCO–Alan Bear and Ginn Downing have joined Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group as managing directors in the firm’s recently opened San Francisco office. This new office offers clients access to additional sources of capital and a larger audience of real estate owners and developers seeking to raise capital.
