SAP Inks Mega Lease to Join Tech Giants

SAN RAMON, CA–SAP, the giant enterprise application software company, has signed a long-term lease to occupy 150,000 square feet at 2600 in Bishop Ranch. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed. Ken Gilbert withCBRE in San Francisco represented SAP. 2600 is owned by Sunset Development and its partner MetLife.

SAP will beMOVING from its current Dublin/Pleasanton location to establish its Tri-Valley regional office at Bishop Ranch. The move to 2600 is scheduled to begin in early January 2017. More than 450 SAP employees will be relocating to the office which is to be outfitted to include an open, highly collaborative tech workspace. The spaces in general have been designed to foster the creativity and innovation that are critical to tech businesses’ success with specifications such as 15-foot clear ceiling heights and open office plans with 8-foot tall windows…
