Multifamily-Property Portfolio Goes Live

Oak Pointe amenities include upgraded kitchens and large private patios/balconies.

SACRAMENTO—Oakmont Properties is in the beginning stages of an offering of a four-property, 1,108-unit multi-family portfolio. The Sacramento value-add portfolio is believed to be the largest multi-family portfolio offering ever marketed in Sacramento, estimated to be in the nine figures.

These class-B properties were constructed in the mid-to-late1980s and are all situated in strong infill locations. The properties are being offered individually or together and include Gold Ridge Apartments, located at 2929 Routier Rd. with 268 units; Oak Pointe Apartments, located at 2450 Seamist Dr. with 216 units; Stone Creek Apartments, located at 2645 Stonecreek Dr. with 368 units; and Sunflorin Village Apartments, located at 8550 Florin Rd. with 256 units…
