Atlanta—Lincoln Property Co. Southeast has announced that the company was selected to market 180 Technology Parkway, a 10.9-acre corporate headquarters campus located in Peachtree Corners, Ga. Lincoln has been retained to lease and/or sell the property.
Located in the center of Technology Park, the campus consists of a three-story office building totaling 66,870 square feet with functional floor plans, ample surface parking and prominent monument signage visible from Technology Park. 180 Tech Parkway is also strategically located as to take advantage of the Technology Park Trail, an 11-mile multi-use trail system that runs directly behind the building.
