Hines to Renovate Phoenix Office Campus

Hines will invest nearly $1 million in the exterior renovation of its 24th at Camelback office campus in Phoenix. The improvements are scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
Located at 2325 and 2375 E. Camelback Road, the two-building asset sits one and a half miles from Piestewa Freeway and within walking distance of the Camelback Colonnade shopping mall. The 627,000-square-foot office complex also offers easy access to bus stations and hotels, including The Camby and Embassy Suites by Hilton. The asset features 27,000 square feet of retail space. Tenants include Cisco Systems, Regus Business Center and Scramble. At the end of 2016, Insight Global signed a 12,500-square-foot lease at the Phoenix office campus…
