Ford Land Taps Mid-America to Lease Retail Space
ByA few months after breaking ground on its campus in Dearborn, Mich., Ford Land selected Mid-America Real Estate to lease the property’s retail component. The team of brokers handling the listing includes Principal Brad Rosenberg, Vice President Bryan Weiss and Associate Lindsey Shaw. The space will be available by mid-2018, when the property is slated for delivery.
A STATE-OF-THE-ART CAMPUS
Wagner Place, Ford Motor Co.’s new facility, is a 150,000-square-foot development, which will replace the company’s 60-year old facilities in West Dearborn. Built on the grounds of the former Wagner Hotel, which served the area for 120 years, the building will preserve and restore the hotel’s façade with its iconic turret.
