ASK Group garners Rs 1000 crore for third domestic fund
ByPUNE: ASK Property Investment Advisors, the real estate private equity arm of ASK Group, has announced the first close of Rs 1000 crore of its Rs 1500 crore third domestic fund – ‘ASK Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund II.’
ASK Property has raised this Rs 1000 crore in less than six months from its launch date, a press release said. ASK also announced the maiden investment from this fund in Purvankara’s Chennai project ‘Provident,’ making this Purvankara Group’s first ever private equity partnership in its history.
ASK Special Opportunities Fund II will continue with ASK’s strategy to stay focused only on top 6 cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune and Hyderabad), investing in residential projects and partnering reputed and prudent developers, the press release said…
